Important Insurance Info You Should Know
To ensure that we can process your insurance claim, please be sure to bring your insurance card with you to your appointment. Your co-pay is due at the time of your vision
correction service.
Please be aware that your insurance company may not cover all of your vision correction and you may owe additional fees after your insurer sends its explanation of benefits (EOB)
for:
- Deductibles
- Non-covered services
- Ineligibility
- Other non-payment reasons
If your medical insurance does not cover the complete cost for your LASIK eye surgery or other vision correction procedure, you will receive a monthly statement from Eye Center of La Jolla. We offer interest free payment option plans.
